Transfer Panels

Siemens, Schneider and ABB switch equipment is used in our transfer panels and products with appropriate breaking capacity are selected and project designed as required by the customer. Woodward controllers are used in our transfer panels. All of the products used in the transfer panels are selected from most preferred and known brands in their industry.

The connection between the transfer panel and the generator can be designed by us as a turn-key project with Busbar system.

Synchronization Panels

Our synchronization panels can be used in multiple generator and network-generator synchronization. Siemens PLCs and Woodward controllers are used as automation devices. In addition to synchronization systems, load shedding applications are also available. Panel enclosures are of e-enclosure model, in IP 54 protection class and certified with Type Test from KEMA.

Installation of Generator

Switches and Transfer Panels
The Borusan Power Systems unit installs automatic network-generator transfer panels and protection switches on generators powered from 9,5 to 3100 kVA on project basis and as standard.

In addition to the mechanical assembly of O.G generators, cabling and switch installation are also carried out on project basis.

Automatic Fuel Filling and Monitoring Systems

The Company also installs fuel automation systems on project basis in order to ensure automatic fueling between the main tank and the day tank of the generators. Fuel levels can also be monitored on the customer's own scada system. (4-20mA, 0-10V)

If only fuel monitoring is required, MLI (magnetic level indicator) or CSS (multi-contact level switch) are installed to the fuel tanks.
